CommandPath (commandpath.org) is a veteran career intelligence platform built to help separating service members translate their military experience into civilian career success. We are operated as a sole proprietorship based in the United States.

Pathway lets current and future service members save a private career record: branch, component, general ship month, military job code or career field, an optional long-term goal, an optional general region, and an email address. The record grows over time through optional one-question check-ins, including training completed, certifications, awards, leadership scope, and similar career milestones. It exists to give you an immediate pathway brief, restore your record when you return, and build career evidence you can use later.
Performance Review Extracts let you save selected evidence from an EPB, OPB, NCOER, OER, JEPES record, Fitness Report, EVAL, CHIEFEVAL, EER, counseling session, or other branch performance record. CommandPath asks for the review system, month and year, selected performance areas, one accomplishment, scope, development feedback, and optional recognition. We do not ask you to upload or paste the full official document. Review narrative remains in your private Pathway record and may be used when you choose to generate a Blueprint.
Private by default. Pathway records are never public and are never shown to other users. If you activate Pathway Intelligence, CommandPath may use your branch, broad career field, service stage, structured milestone categories, and a broad category derived from your stated career goal to produce de-identified aggregate career trends. Raw goal text, free-text notes, names, exact military codes, locations, ship months, units, and contact information are never included in a briefing.
Performance review privacy: performance review extracts are excluded from Pathway Intelligence cohort calculations and briefing payloads. Do not enter names, unit identifiers, mission details, medical information, or controlled or classified information.
Pathway Intelligence briefings separate what CommandPath observes from researched Career Intel mappings, dated labor-market sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and recommendations based on your private record. CommandPath withholds any cohort statement until at least five opted-in records support that specific statement. Briefings are sent when a researched source or reportable pattern meaningfully changes, not on a fixed marketing schedule.
Your control: Pathway Intelligence is optional and separate from newsletter marketing. You can stop contributing to aggregate trends and stop briefing emails from your Pathway without deleting the underlying private record. Deleting the record removes it from future calculations; previously produced aggregate statistics cannot be used to identify or restore the deleted record.
What we never ask for: exact ship dates, unit assignments, recruiter or MEPS details, addresses, Social Security numbers, DoD ID numbers, or medical information. Free-text fields are automatically scrubbed for patterns that look like this data.
Check-in emails are part of the record service and can be stopped anytime with one click in any check-in email or from your pathway page. Marketing updates are a separate, unchecked-by-default opt-in.
Retention: pathway records are stored for up to two years after your last update or interaction. Records with no activity for 24 months are deleted.
Deletion: every check-in email and your pathway page include a delete control. Deletion removes your active pathway record, the email lookup that restores it, and any newsletter subscription, and cannot be undone. CommandPath may keep a deletion marker in operational logs so the record is not restored or contacted again. You can also request deletion by email at any time.
Blueprint drafts and generated blueprint payloads: Draft intake data and generated blueprint results are stored for up to 30 days so you can recover progress or return after payment, then permanently deleted. You do not have a persistent account and CommandPath does not retain ongoing access to your blueprint after that window.
Email address: If you provide your email to save or generate a blueprint, we retain it only as needed to operate that recovery flow unless you also subscribe to updates. Transactional recovery emails are separate from career-intel or marketing updates. If you subscribe, we retain it while you remain an active subscriber. You can unsubscribe at any time and request deletion.
Free tool inputs: Text pasted into Resume Intel or Clearance Intel is processed in-session and not intentionally retained after the response is generated, subject to standard infrastructure and provider logging.
Anonymized aggregate data: Trends and patterns derived across career profiles, with all identifying information removed, may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to you.

CommandPath uses Google Analytics 4 and limited first-party event logging to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are visited and which features are used. Analytics events do not include your career intake responses, pasted resume text, blueprint content, or email address. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking platforms that profile you across other websites.
Your career intake responses, blueprint results, and email address are never shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or resale purposes.
CommandPath uses limited browser storage for blueprint recovery and Google Analytics may set analytics cookies to measure site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
